Shohada-ye Shahr-e Qods Stadium rules

Guide to entering the stadium:
Dear spectators, who have purchased tickets with a national code by referring to the website of the system at havadarsc.com, they should go through the following steps in order to watch the match and settle down:
• Bringing your national ID card or ID card, go to the entrance door and bring your national card close to the bar code reader at the entrance. )
• If you have bought a ticket for the current match, the entrance light will turn green and you can enter the stadium.
• In the stadium area, using the location guide and the signboards installed in the stadium, find the gate associated with your location, which is displayed in the receipt inserted on the site.
• By entering the desired gate and bringing your national card close to the barcode reader, the gate associated with the location of the establishment will be opened and you can enter the stadium.
• Find and settle into your block, row, and seat using the location guide and stadium-mounted guides.
•If you face any problem in the stadium for any reason, go to the inspectors located in the stadium who have a card reader.
۲.Dangerous items
• Weapons of any kind (including for self-defense), ammunition or gun parts, pierced or bladed objects, knives, cold weapons, or objects that allow violence.
• Explosives, detonators and items containing or concealing such prohibited items.
• Any other object that can be used as a weapon, for cutting, or stabbing, or as a projectile, or any object that in the opinion of the event organizers could endanger the safety of others, including umbrellas or beach umbrellas, hats Motorcycle safety, hard hats and other similar items;
• Work tools of any kind;
• Body protective equipment or corsets (unless authorized by a medical prescription), including bulletproof vests and items used in martial arts or extreme sports.
• Helmets, as well as any other means of disguise or devices specifically designed to conceal a person””””””””””””””””s identity, with the exception of religious headgear, medical masks and face shields. Any authorized face covering must be removed at the request of event organizers (eg, for access and security screening purposes).
• Except for cigarettes and electronic smoking devices (including those that heat tobacco), any materials, objects or objects (including self-made items) the use of which can result in the production of smoke, heat and/or flame. including lighters, matches. • Bicycle, rollerblade, skateboard, impact scooter and electric scooter. Baby carriages are allowed to be brought outside the stadium, provided that dedicated storage facilities are available.
• Large items such as stairs, benches, folding chairs, boxes, cardboard containers, large bags, backpacks, suitcases and sports bags. “Large” means any object whose three dimensions of length, width and height exceed 75 cm and cannot be stored under a seat in the stadium.
• significant amounts of paper or any roll of paper;
• Any amount of powder, flour or similar material (small cosmetic elements such as pressed powder, eye shadow, blush, lipstick, gloss, etc. are allowed).
Food/Liquids/Consumable items
• With the exception of hand sani sers not exceeding 100ml, any liquid containing alcohol, including any alcoholic beverages,
• Any other liquid exceeding 100 ml, unless such liquids are purchased inside the stadium, except (1) baby milk and sterilized water in containers (including glass containers) not exceeding 1 liter per child , and (ii) liquids up to 500 ml required for medical reasons but only upon presentation of a medical certificate in English or Persian and in the presence of a designated person.
• Food items of any kind, except those provided inside the stadium or medically required or for infants or young infants (maximum 1 liter per child). Food items required for medical reasons will only be allowed inside the stadium upon presentation of a medical certificate in English or Persian and in the presence of the person intended for them. Any permitted food items must be packaged in containers that are not made of glass or otherwise inconsistent with this Stadium Code of Conduct.
•Narcotic drugs, narcotics or stimulants of any kind, except those which are necessary for medical reasons, provided that a medical certificate is provided in English or Persian and in the presence of the person for whom it is intended. Medicines not prohibited or restricted by Iranian law are allowed in quantities of more than one package of more than 7 different medicines and must be in factory packaging
Flags and political/offensive/commercial items
• Any materials, including but not limited to banners, flags, advertisements, clothing and other paraphernalia, that are political, offensive and/or discriminatory in nature, contain expressions, symbols or any other features intended to discriminate of any kind against a country to that, a private person or group because of race, color, ethnicity, national or social origin, sex, disability, language, religion, political or any other opinion, birth, wealth or any other status, sexual orientation or for any reason Other;
• Flags, banners and posters except those that do not exceed 2m x 1.5m in size or are not previously approved in writing by the Event Organizers, provided that in all cases such flags, banners or posters are made of non-flammable materials. be made It is not prohibited in any way under this code of conduct of the stadium. Electronic items, music and telecommunications
• Electronic or high frequency radio devices or any other device that may cause interruption or malfunction of broadcast or information technology functions in the stadium.
• Any musical instrument (mechanical or manual) that does not fit easily through the x-ray baggage scanner window (60 cm x 40 cm) for security screening. Ticket holders may bring musical instruments larger than the specified window size subject to prior approval by event organizers and security screening. If the sound emitted from the relevant device interferes with the operation of the event or the enjoyment of other ticket holders, the organizer of the relevant event may ask the ticket holders to stop using the musical instruments.
• Electronic, mechanical, or hand-held devices that produce voices or other excessively loud sounds, such as vuvuzelas, whistles, loudspeakers, etc. Drum heaters are also prohibited. Event Organizers may require Ticket Holders to cease use of permitted devices within the Stadium if the sound emitted from the device in question interferes with the performance of the Event or the enjoyment of other Ticket Holders.
• Devices that emit laser beams, laser pointers or similar radiation.
• Any type of television and telecommunication equipment (including professional video cameras) or other professional equipment capable of recording audio and video.
• More than one additional set of batteries or rechargeable units per device as permitted under this Stadium Code of Conduct. 1 power bank of any size is allowed per person.
• Any type of mount for photo and video equipment, such as tripods, monopods and “selfie” sticks;
• Drones and any remotely controlled aircraft;
• Binoculars (except those used by visually impaired ticket holders who hold a valid medical certificate in English or Persian) and other optical magnifying equipment, except photographic camera lenses, for non-professional purposes.
The event organizers reserve the right to make the final decision on whether or not goods are allowed to enter the stadium, which must be respected.

Behaviour at the Stadium

  1. Unless expressly authorised by the Event Organisers, where appropriate, such as in respect of Accredited Persons acting in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of their Accreditation, all persons entering, inside and exiting the Stadium must:
    ۱.۱. conduct themselves in a way that does not cause harm, injury, danger, unnecessary obstruction, alarm or discomfort to others, and does not cause any damage to property;
    ۱.۲. follow any and all instruc ons and direc ons given by the Event Organisers, police or other emergency services officials/officers;
    ۱.۳. access only the Stadium areas permi ed by their Ticket, or the Stadium areas determined by the function for which they hold an Accreditation, and they must access these areas only by the designated entrance(s), unless instructed otherwise by the relevant Event Organisers;
    ۱.۴. vacate their designated or occupied seat if instructed to do so by the relevant Event Organisers on grounds of safety and security;
    ۱.۵. wear a face mask or face shield permi ed under this Stadium Code of Conduct, when required by the Event Organisers or a local health authority, unless exempt on medical grounds evidenced by a medical certificate;
    ۱.۶. dispose of waste correctly, according to the mul -bin system provided at the Stadium;
    ۱.۷. immediately take the necessary steps to inform the Event Organisers, police or other emergency services officials if they are aware of an accident in or immediately surrounding the Stadium or any damage caused to any Stadium property.
  2. Unless expressly authorised by the Event Organisers, where appropriate, such as in respect of Accredited Persons acting in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of their Accreditation, all persons entering, inside and exiting the Stadium must NOT:
    ۲.۱. bring to, or store at, the Stadium any items prohibited under this Stadium Code of Conduct or any other applicable legislation, regulations, policies and procedures; 2.2. enter the field of play or areas immediately surrounding the field of play;
    ۲.۳. throw objects, substances or liquids of any kind, in par cular towards another person or in the direction of the field of play or the area surrounding the field of play;
    ۲.۴. start a fire, release or throw fireworks, flares, guns, smoke bombs or other smoke devices, pyrotechnic devices, or other devices that produce similar effects;
    ۲.۵. restrict, obstruct or block passages, gangways, staircases and streets, entrances and exits to the Stadium, access to seating areas and emergency exits, or obstruct or interfere with open zones to traffic, or otherwise act in a way that could cause crowding in a manner that creates a risk of a crowd crush, stampede or public disturbance;
    ۲.۶. access, or facilitate access for others to, areas that are closed to the public or to which access is not authorised to Ticket Holders or under the terms and conditions of Accreditation, such as Stadium operations rooms, VIP rooms, press rooms, etc.;
    ۲.۷. engage in any an -social behaviour, promote any violent, intimidating, threatening or damaging behaviour, or behave oneself, or demonstrate tendency to act in a violent, indecent, threatening and harmful manner or one that may disturb public order or cause offence to a reasonable person;
    ۲.۸. act in a manner that may be perceived as dangerous, provoca ve, threatening, offensive and/or discriminatory or may cause a person to fear for their safety;
    ۲.۹. in midate, bother, harass physically, sexually and/or mentally abuse any other person, including players and officials involved in the Match;
    ۲.۱۰. create or do any act that can pose any threat to life to oneself or others, or hurt or injure any person;
    ۲.۱۱. stand on seats in the spectator areas or unreasonably obstruct the view of Ticket Holders in any way, including standing in Stadium areas reserved for spectators with disability;
    ۲.۱۲. climb structures and installa ons prohibited for general use, such as closed fences, walls, wire fences, barriers, light poles, camera platforms, trees, pools or roof tops;
    ۲.۱۳. use clothing or other items to conceal the face or obstruct the person’s identity, other than mandatory face masks worn for health purposes, or national, cultural or religious headwear;
    ۲.۱۴. curse or chant in a poli cal, offensive and/or discriminatory manner;
    ۲.۱۵. act in an offensive or obscene manner by streaking, flashing, removing items of clothing or otherwise remain in a state of undress or reveal and/or expose intimate body parts or adopt behaviour which is likely to offend the current standards of decency in the Event Organisers’ reasonable
    opinion. For the avoidance of doubt, body tattoos and body paint do not constitute clothing;
    ۲.۱۶. show no ceable signs of being under the influence of alcohol, narcotics the Stadium;
    ۲.۱۷. relieve themselves in any place other than a designated toilet, or li er in the Stadium by dropping objects such as trash, packaging, empty containers, etc.;
    ۲.۱۸. smoke, vape or use any tobacco products as well as any electronic smoking device anywhere other than within outdoor designated smoking areas if they have been made available at the Stadium and otherwise provided that applicable medical protocols permit such activity;
    ۲.۱۹. damage vegeta on, gardens, landscaping, cultural or natural heritage sites;
    ۲.۲۰. use devices that generate excessive noise or that interfere with the playing or viewing of football matches, excluding devices approved by the Event Organisers as being intended for expressing support for football teams and players;
    ۲.۲۱. prac se any other conduct or organise such conduct that may interfere with the comfort, safety or enjoyment of the Competition for any other Ticket Holder, Accredited Person, player or Match official, or that may disrupt the sporting nature of the Competition;
    ۲.۲۲. disrupt or interfere with the opera on of Stadium u li es, including power supply, lighting (including emergency lighting), ventilation, water supply, sewerage, air conditioning or any other systems;
    ۲.۲۳. secure/fix flags, banners or posters to surfaces of structures and installa ons at the Stadium, cover CCTV cameras or air conditioning systems, place flags, banners or posters on the pitch-side perimeter walls (unless permitted otherwise by the Event Organisers), or otherwise use flags for any reason other than in a festive and friendly manner. Upon the request of the Event Organisers, Ticket Holders must immediately remove, stop demonstrating and/or permit the confiscation of any flags, banners or posters;
    ۲.۲۴. write, paint or post anything on structural elements, installa ons or passages;
    ۲.۲۵. possess, use, display, disseminate, promote or transmit any materials (including but not limited to banners, flags, flyers, apparel and other paraphernalia) of a political, offensive and/or discriminatory nature, containing wording, symbols or any other attributes aimed at discrimination of any kind against a country, private person or group on account of race, skin colour, ethnic, national or social origin, gender, disability, language, religion, political opinion or any other opinion, birth, wealth or any other status, sexual orientation or any other grounds;
    ۲.۲۶. sell or offer to sell any goods (or Tickets in violation of applicable FIFA ticketing terms and local legislation), gather and/or distribute materials (including printed materials such as flyers, booklets and publications, advertising materials and apparel) or any objects whatsoever, raise funds or conduct other promotional or commercial activities without the prior written consent of FIFA (including demonstrating discernible brands or trademarks of legal entities or individuals for advertising purposes) nor conduct any other types of promotional or propaganda activities
    ۲.۲۷. solicit dona ons in cash or in kind (including but not limited to musicians, singers or collectors of charitable donations at the Stadium surroundings or on Stadium premises) without written authorisation from the Event Organisers;
    ۲.۲۸. conduct any ac vi es rela ng to gambling, be ng or court siding, including wagering of money or value-in-kind on an event and/or Match with an uncertain outcome;
    ۲.۲۹. conduct any activities related to predicting or attempting to predict sport results for financial gain;
    ۲.۳۰. relay and/or transmit, via mobile or other devices, the live Match scores or any other activity related to the Competition or information about Match activities that is announced via the public address system and/or giant screens located within the Stadium;
    ۲.۳۱. prac se any other ac vi es or adopt any behaviour that may compromise public safety and/or harm the reputation of the Competition and/or Event Organisers, as determined by the Event Organisers in their sole discretion.
  3. The Event Organisers reserve the right to make a final decision on whether any behaviour within the Stadium is prohibited. Ticket Holders or Accredited Persons who do not comply with the Event Organisers’ final decision may be refused entry to, or removed from, the Stadium
